Every editor will have a different book formatting process so make sure you check with them on what theirs is.

I will get back to you within 24hrs. I try not to take this long, but some days you just need time away from a screen.
I’m faster at answering through messages, but I don’t always hear my phone.
We will chat about what you are looking for and what you want I will send you samples of my work, or you can look at them here.
You will go through everything, compare me to other formatters and make your decisions.
If you decide to proceed with me
Email me and let me know!
We will discuss pricing, payment, and delivery.
Once I have the final document, I will create the contract and send it through Adobe for signatures.
You will make the deposit payment via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or Wise.
I get to work.
I'll create a few sample pages for you to look over.
Let me know what you like or don't like.
I'll re-create or fix what was discussed.
We will go back and forth until we get what you want.
Once you are happy I will send out a proof for signatures via Adobe
Once you approve the layout I will get to work on the rest of the book.
I will send over a watermarked PDF for the print version and a chapter or two of the e-book with for your final approval.
If everything looks you make the final payment
Unless we are contracted for a payment plan. In which case I will send over the manuscript when I receive the agreed upon payment.
Once payment is received I will send you the completed MS.
I tailor as much as I can to fit your needs.
